Vektor Partners launches a fund of 125 million euros
Vektor Partnersan independent technology venture capital firm based in London, UK, dedicated to supporting mobility startups, has launched a €125 million fund.
The team, which draws on decades of experience investing, operating and scaling businesses, as well as deep networks in the automotive, technology and transport, has received support from institutional investors, including a sovereign wealth fund.
The vehicle aims to accelerate society’s pivotal movement towards a more connected, autonomous, shared, electric and sustainable future.
Led by Chris Riley, Sebastian Bihari, Vektor Partners is a venture capital investor specializing in global mobility disruptors in Europe, the United States and Israel, with a focus on AI, software and technology-centric on data that aligns with megatrends, including automation and electrification
The other partners are Isabel Falkenberg, an ESG expert who sits on the advisory board of the International Automobile Federation, and Valentin Menedetter, a former senior executive at Palantir Technologies and Speedinvest with extensive expertise in SaaS and venture capital. The team is joined by a growing number of senior advisers, including auto industry veteran Bernd Gottschalk in Germany and tech specialist Roger Spitz in California.
Since its inception, the company has invested in a series of startups, including AEye, NoTraffic, Peregrine Technologies and GuardKnox.
