Perkins Coie has brought in Valeska Pederson Hintz as a venture capital partner based in Austin, Texas, the company said in a statement on Monday.
Hintz officially joined the firm on Monday from Lowenstein Sandler LLP, where she worked for more than seven years. It focuses on the full lifecycles of technology and biotechnology companies, including corporate and securities laws, IPOs, and mergers and acquisitions.
