CGI will assume responsibility for managing CI’s proprietary transfer agency (“TA”) platform, modernizing it and delivering it to CI in a holistic software-as-a-service (“SaaS”)-based platform. CGI will also manage recordkeeping and customer service operations for CI mutual fund unitholders, applying a blend of state-of-the-art technology and experienced operational expertise.
