BLOQ Residences Hosts a Two-Day Event for Clients, Brokers and Guests

Cebu City, Cebu – A festive atmosphere filled parts of Sikatuna Street in Cebu City for the first time in two years as BLOQ Residences threw a big party for its brokers, buyers and media friends.

The two-day celebration took place on the 11th floor of his Sikatuna property. Called the BLOQ Mixer, the event featured exhibitions and talks specifically designed for young professionals and city dwellers.

CEO and co-founder Fiona King said, “We founded BLOQ Residences to specifically target students and yuppies, a market often overlooked by developers. So for this event, we really wanted to attract them, thinking, “What do young people like?” »

On the first day of the BLOQ Mixer on Friday October 7, Mae Roma gave a talk on how to mix essential oils to create the perfect ambiance while Lure Bar & Grill gave a demonstration on how to mix your party drinks favourites.

The Bloq Mixer event featured a special talk by licensed pharmacist Mae Roma, as she has now found her calling in understanding the essence of nature as the key to health and well-being, thanks to Young essential oils Living.

The next day, sought-after interior stylist and photographer Kitty Bunag hosted a workshop on how to revitalize and decorate our homes. This was followed by a session by Good Cup Coffee Company which taught guests how to brew the perfect cup of tea.

Cebuano DJ Joachim Giacobe and singing sensation Francis Dagatan completed the party atmosphere with their performances.

All of these fun activities happened while canapes and drinks flowed and prizes were handed out to lucky guests. Alongside this, a silent auction in aid of Set Forth PH was also held with designer outfits from Axel Que and paintings by Golda King up for grabs.

The event was also the perfect opportunity to launch BLOQ’s exciting new campaigns: BLOQ Stories, which chronicles the lives of four remarkable people who have chosen to call BLOQ Residences, and their new Easy Move-In promotion, which will Now new residents have the option to transfer to their units within two to three weeks of completing the requirements.
